That account was last logged into successfully about 24 hours ago, and it takes most people longer than that to forget a password. If you can access your account you don't need to reset the password and receive an email because you can just change the password with this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/passwd/index.html Let us know if you're still unable to log into your account.
