I just purchased a dedicated IP for SSL

Also, just a quick issue to report, my IP gets disconnected from my website whenever I use FTP for about 10 minutes to edit code, almost as if my home IP gets blocked from Heliohost because I can usually connect from a VPN and wait until some time has passed.

Try reducing the number of simultaneous connections that you use and see if that helps your disconnect issue.
