abdul
My account is suspended due to high server load. I tried my best to reduce the load but still ended up in suspension :(/> I request you to please recover it. Thanks. Username: pakcricServer: stevieDomain: http://opendp.de.vu Thanks! Byron
This is your third suspension for the same reason. We don't normally unsuspend an account after 3 suspensions for the same reason.
abdul
OMG, what will I do now I request you to please unsuspend it this time, it would not happen again. Hope you understand!
Byron
I'm going to unsuspend it once more but make sure you keep this from happening again. You might also want to make a backup of your site at this time too.
abdul
Thank you so much. And can you please tell me how much bandwidth I am allowed and how much I used? This info would help me to control server load.

Krydos
And can you please tell me how much bandwidth I am allowed and how much I used? This info would help me to control server load. You are allowed unlimited bandwidth the same as all accounts on Heliohost, and we do not track bandwidth because it is unlimited. On 2013-12-17 (the last full 24 hours period your account wasn't suspended) you were highest CPU usage with 158% more load than the second highest account, and you were 4th highest memory usage. Another solution is you could consider is moving your account to Johnny. Since that is our experimental server it isn't nearly as sensitive to high load suspensions. And is it possible for me to keep a check on my site's CPU and memory usage through control panel. Like this I will my self shut the site when it takes too much load in order to avoid suspension? Ice IT Support
Follow http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account to move your account to Johnny. There currently isn't a way for users to monitor CPU and memory usage.
