I am not really sure what rules I voilated. But my account is suspended. I have not uploaded any site yet. Just on coming soon image. Please unsuspend my account.

This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost.

But that account was created for my friend using HIS email. I created this account for my use using my own email. Both emails are different and both accounts are different.

 

Can you please explain how it is 2 accounts per user? Is it not allowed to access more than 1 accounts using different email addresses from the same machine, same IP. If that is so, then I will ask my friend to access his account from his PC.
