Ice IT Support Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 Could you be more specific please? We do not offer setting NS records for heliohost.org subdomains, if that's what you are asking. 1
Krydos Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org are the nameservers that Heliohost uses.

Ice IT Support Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 I don't know if admins can manually create NS records. What subdomain do you want to set NS records for, and what should those NS records be set to? Also, we'll need your cPanel username and server. 1
Ice IT Support Posted November 30, 2013 Posted November 30, 2013 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

Krydos Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 The easiest way to host a subdomain at another host while hosting the main domain here is to set the A record of the subdomain to the IP address of the other host. You can do this yourself through cPanel and you don't need anyone to help you with it. Let us know if you're having trouble figuring out how to do this yourself and we can provide further assistance.
