[Solved] Suspended: Ibcsclas

Not sure why but my heliohost account says it has been suspended I get the following message: "

Password Reset

 

Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department."

 

My username is ibcsclass, my acount is hosted on the Stevie Server

I have a few domains here including lamin.tk, ibcs.tk lennemann.tk

 

Could you please re-activate the account.

This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost.

 

A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish.

 

If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example:

 

user1: unsuspend

user2: backup

user3: backup, idontreadrules.com

user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org

I'm sorry if there has been any semblance of impropriety I assure you we have tried to act in good faith.

 

We would appreciate if you could provide any further information with regards to how we have violated your account policy.

 

We are actually 8 different users who have for the most part decided to share one account after several of us had problems signing up individually and got messages such as that the account quota for the day had been exceeded.

 

I can only assume the issues with creating the accounts could have been a result of our school using a shared public IP.

 

Some of these info's could have changed as a couple users had issues with loosing their account information

 

The users and to the best of my knowledge their domains are as follows :

 

Note that Michelle Kowoll having been one of the few users who successfully created her own account probably has both a domain account on the ibcsclas account and her own account using the username michelle, if this is the issue please feel free to move her domain to our ibcsclas account.

 

I believe the domain that was first signed up was ibcsclass.tk though we are not 100% sure since we are currently unable to log into the account.

I can also assure nobody here is attempting to get around your disk space limit, if you look at the overall usage is modest to the extreme

 

Aside from the difficulty we had creating individual accounts and this current issue we have been impressed with the hosting and were very happy to find a free host that provided CPanel.

I haven't heard any reply to my last post. To be clear I would like the ibcsclas account to be the one to be unsuspended please.

 

Do I need to post a new thread to get this done since I see this one is marked "solved"?

Could the domain: michellek.tk be deleted from the account: michelle that is hosted on Stevie so that we can add that to our ibcsclas account if indeed this is necessary to be able to move it.

 

 

Alternatively if the michelle account could be unsuspended we could/would do this ourselves.
