Remote Sql Erro

Am trying to connect to a database i have in gatewayvpn.heliohost.org via remote sql but i get this error.

Is the database hosted on our server, and you're trying to connect to it from a remote location, or are you trying to connect to a remotely hosted database from a script hosted on our server?
