clovisd Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 I'm trying to set this up on my wordpress installation but not really sure what to fill in for the server IP and CNAME entries. Also not too sure about how and if I am suppose to add/modify the DNS records in the cpanel. This is what I currently have a few questions about. Multisite and Domain Mapping are two different things, they work together, but are not the same thing. Ice IT Support Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 Try using 216.218.192.170 as the IP address, unless you purchased a static IP. If so, use that. Krydos Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 A more general answer that will work for other people who might search and find this thread is that cPanel displays the IP address of your account which you can use for A name records and stuff like this. After you log in http://heliohost.org/ there is an information panel on the left side of the screen that should list your Shared IP Address or Dedicated IP Address (if you purchased one.)
