That's a generic 500 error for a broken ASP.NET application. Something is wrong with whatever software you have installed.

 

Follow the instructions it gives for enabling details so you can get the actual error message. After that, you'll need to troubleshoot your software. If you're developing the program yourself, make sure you're targeting .NET 3.5 when building it.

 

Also, posting your cpanel username and a link to the broken site would be helpful.
