Hello, first I got an account on Johnny, but wanted to move to Stevie.

Have deleted the Johnny account and waited, after signed up for Stevie, then i received this email:

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for xxxxx already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

 

 

Please visit http://www.heliohost...ipts/signup.php and try to signup again.

Is it possible that you delete the DNS entries for account "achtbaan", so I can sign up on stevie please?

Please post the following information:

  • Your cPanel username
  • Your main domain
  • The server that you are on

 

Have deleted the Johnny account and waited, after signed up for Stevie

How long did you wait between deleting your account and trying to create the new account?

Your cPanel username : achtbaan

Your main domain : achtbaan . tk

The server that you are on : johnny (account deleted already)

 

I have just tried again to sign up for stevie (more then 48 hours after account been deleted on johnny) and i got the same email with error message about delete all DNS entries...

 

Hope you can help me..
