Hello Admins,

 

My account is suspended.

I don't know what the reason is and I am not able to re-activate it myself, nor am I able to log into the account. Please let me know what the reason for suspending my accout is.

To check what server you are using, follow the steps:

 

 

1: Go to heliohost's homepage (www.heliohost.org)

 

2: Login to cPanel via the login box below.

3: After you have logged in, you will find your server name under the "stats".

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

 

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Thanks for the reply and quick recovery of my account.

I will try and gather some stats on where the bulk of my server load is coming from and take actions to limit this load.

 

You don't have my load stats readily available by any chance?
