[Solved] Change Email Address

Hi,

 

Could you please tell me how I can change my original email address thaat I used when I signed up for an account on Heliohost.

Gmail forceed me to change my former email address and now I cannot change my password or recive reminders from Heliohost.

 

Login name: ctcl

My new email address is james.thorburn.hongkong@gmail.com

You can simply login to cPanel and click on Update Contact Info. It looks like your account is inactive. You may renew your account at http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew

 

If you still have issues, let us know.

Like IceIT said you need to type your username into this link http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew to reactivate your account. Then once your account is active again you should visit http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/contact/index.html to change your email address.
