[Solved] Can't Log In To My Cpanel

I haven't been able to log in to my cPanel for days. It just keeps going to a page that says

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to johnny.heliohost.org:2082

 

I'm not sure what the issue is. How can I log in?

 

My username is lani1234 server johnny

 

EDIT: I must be behind a firewall at work. I got through to the cPanel using http://cpanel.yourdomain.org

Sounds like port 2082 is blocked.

 

As you discovered, using cPanel through a URL that uses port 80 should work if a firewall is the issue.
