ZoutOfficial Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Is true , HelioHost is the better host in the internet.
dariomir Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 ..absolutely unresponsive.Everytime some service offline, everytime requests in timeout...Good to make some test, but not for anything else.Sorry, but I'm forced to tell about many inconveniences. Thanks anyway for your hard job, but it seems to be not enough for now
Krydos Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 It sounds like you're talking about Johnny, which is indeed our experimental server. If you follow our news https://twitter.com/Heliohost/ you can see that Johnny crashed and had quite a bit of downtime over the last few days. If you need a server that is online more, and doesn't timeout requests, and less inconveniences I would recommend creating your account on Stevie which is our stable server. If you're just experimenting and uptime isn't important to you then Johnny is the best choice. We find it best to offer a nice spectrum of server options so each user can determine what is most important for them. It sounds to me like you may have chosen the wrong server for your needs. 1
algby Posted December 8, 2013 Posted December 8, 2013 Heliohost keep up the good work, I love your service. truly awesome. a general note for all users: ethnics-to-use-free-service:update to paid if possible, or pay your gratitude by clicking on ads. also sometime back I'd notice there was some post to support heliohost by completing surveys, I couldn't find the link, it would be nice if the heliohost admins could make that post sticky. I'm sure it would help support the service up to some extent.
thesaka24 Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 So, which one should I register than ? (I want to start my new project on a free host for now, to see will it grow, will I get some big traffic, and if I do, I will then move to a paid hosting.)
Ice IT Support Posted December 16, 2013 Posted December 16, 2013 Unless you are using Java, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.net on your website, then Stevie is the best option.
