pgeee Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 how come frontpage frames do not work, they come up with the control panel html editor preview, but not with the actualy display of the page, eg http://missbehave.heliohost.org/LAURAFRAME.HTM for some reason the ads placed at the top of the HTML stop the frames page working <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script><br/><!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"><HTML><HEAD><TITLE>DANFRAME</TITLE> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"> <META content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0" name=GENERATOR> <META content=FrontPage.Editor.Document name=ProgId></HEAD><FRAMESET cols=18%,*><FRAME name=left src="buttons.htm"><FRAME name=right src="DAN.htm"><NOFRAMES> <body> <p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p> </body> </NOFRAMES></FRAMESET></HTML>
surfcss Posted December 13, 2006 Posted December 13, 2006 http://missbehave.heliohost.org/LAURAFRAME.HTM The link doesn't work. Maybe the cause of your problem.
pgeee Posted December 14, 2006 Author Posted December 14, 2006 HI, yes, the link does not work, but neither does the HTML If I take the HTML as shown it won;t fire up in Explorer from my hard drive. If I remove the javascript stuff for the advert, it works. The ads don;t screw up my normal pages but they screw up all my pages with frames
