  1. Hi, many thanks , and Merry Xmas, Cheeers, Paul
  2. Hi, am still hoping for a reply / pm on this. please see http://missbehave.heliohost.org/DARRONFRAME.htm as an example of a page which displays nothing aside from the ads. Hence please email me at pgeee@acslink.net.au or to inbox at heliohost, with custom ad placement details. many thanks paul user pgeee domain missbehave
  3. Hi, username is pgeee, domain is missbehave.heliohost.org the ads are stopping my frontpage frames based pages displaying. your assistance apprecaited
  4. HI, yes, the link does not work, but neither does the HTML If I take the HTML as shown it won;t fire up in Explorer from my hard drive. If I remove the javascript stuff for the advert, it works. The ads don;t screw up my normal pages but they screw up all my pages with frames
  5. how come frontpage frames do not work, they come up with the control panel html editor preview, but not with the actualy display of the page, eg http://missbehave.heliohost.org/LAURAFRAME.HTM for some reason the ads placed at the top of the HTML stop the frames page working <script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-7539134276789186"; google_ad_width = 468; google_ad_height = 60; google_ad_format = "468x60_as"; google_ad_type = "text_image"; google_ad_channel ="9412090442"; google_page_url = document.location; google_color_border = "336699"; google_color_bg = "FFFFFF"; google_color_link = "0000FF"; google_color_url = "008000"; google_color_text = "000000"; //--></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </script><br/><!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"><HTML><HEAD><TITLE>DANFRAME</TITLE> <META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"> <META content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0" name=GENERATOR> <META content=FrontPage.Editor.Document name=ProgId></HEAD><FRAMESET cols=18%,*><FRAME name=left src="buttons.htm"><FRAME name=right src="DAN.htm"><NOFRAMES> <body> <p>This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.</p> </body> </NOFRAMES></FRAMESET></HTML>
  6. after publishing from frontpage the public_html folder was gone. I re-created it and moved index.htm from root to it to half fix things up. BUt I have loads of other files in the root directory to move in. Is there a way to select all for the move?
  7. Hi, the domain name is missbehave.heliohost.org I've managed to upload some files using frontpage publish but the connection falls off., i used ftp://missbehave.heliohost.org/public_html I can see the files if I use native ftp but not using the control panel. plus i can't seem to hold the connection very long using frontpage, and reconnects just lockup usually. so a ) Am I using the correct domain to publish to? why can't I see the files which have managed to load on the control panel c) why does the home page show nothing (the page cannot be disoplayed) d) why does the frontpage ask me for userid and password, then just display a dialog box with connecting to server ftp://missbehave.heliohost.org:21.... but nothing happens your assistance appreciated Hi, I am slowly getting thru the problems, so please ignore preiovus post
  8. Hi, I have a new site , many thanks. I have done nothing to this except set up a forward to a myspace address using the control page. Should my site show anyhting, as opposed to the plain old The page cannot be displayed message we all get from time to time. Am assuming the name of the home page is my chosen name.heliohost.org Rgds PG
