May be a stupid question, but how exactly do I do this?

1. Login to my.dot.tk

2. Go to domains

3. Click on modify for employhealth.tk

4. Select Custom DNS (farthest option on the right)

5. Enter ns1.heliohost.org in the host name box

6. Enter ns2.heliohost.org in the second host name box (below the first)

7. Leave the IP Address boxes blank

8. Click on the Save Changes button

 

And you're done! Give it up to 24 hours for changes to propogate. Unfortunately with free .tk domains it can take up to four days (96 hours) for changes to propogate. At least it has in my experience.
