[Solved] Can't Reset Password

Hello,

 

When I try to reset my password using the password reset here: http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ I never receive the email.

 

I have received other email to the address in the meantime (including the registration email to helionet for the account i'm currently posting on) so I'm assuming something is wrong on your end.

I'm not receiving this email either, it's not in the spam folder or trash, I've just asked a few friends to email me and all their emails arrived fine.

It's always a bad idea to use a contact email address that is hosted on the account that you're creating on our servers. It causes issues like this one where you lose access to everything and can't regain it without a lot of help. We recommend using some sort of reliable external email address such as gmail, etc. Once you regain access to your account it might be a good idea to change your contact email address so this doesn't happen again in the future.
