I'm trying to register for a johnny account. But as soon as i sign up, i get a mail saying :-

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

 

 

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php and try to signup again.

And there is no error. Its just blank.

I tried singing up again and get the same result. Could u please look into this.

Hi. The IT department/admin removed all the references to jamesnb.com which fixed the DNS entry already exists error, but I still can't register. I got an error message with no content.

Yes, there actually is nothing written after "The error is:" in the email. What should I do next?

What domain name are you trying to sign up with? Are you using the same email address that you created your forum account with?

What domain name are you trying to sign up with? Are you using the same email address that you created your forum account with? Is your username that you're trying to signup with 'xxx', or is that you editing out your username?

I have located a global issue that was causing all new accounts on Johnny to fail to be created with no error message. It should all be working now. I have merged the three similar topics. Try creating your account now. Let us know if you're still having any issues creating your Johnny account.
