jabzero Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Hello everyone, I uploaded my files using FileZilla to /public_html, but when I try to access the website, none of the pages show up. Initially, I thought my html code was wrong. Just to make sure that the html code is not an issue, I uploaded a simple website template to my website, but I still do not see anything when I use the browser. Here is the link to the website: jabzeroland.heliohost.org Even in cPanel, when I try to edit my html, I can see the source and design but not the preview. Please share with me your solutions to this issue. Any help is appreciated.
jabzero Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 I cleared my cache, but the problem persists. Any other suggestions?
Ice IT Support Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Try another browser or device. Perhaps your ISP is caching pages? This is what I see: http://imgur.com/GdIFj23
wolstech Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 I see the same thing Ice IT sees. The site is showing fine. If browsers or PCs don't help, see if you can use another internet connection (a smartphone with WiFi turned off would work). That would eliminate your ISP as the cause.
jabzero Posted August 15, 2013 Author Posted August 15, 2013 Thank you for clarifying. I used a different computer but still could not see anything. The culprit, I believe, is my network. When I used Tor, I was able to see the website and make necessary changes. Everything is working
