To use an A record, that domain must be set as the main domain for your account. You can change your main domain at http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Otherwise, please set your nameservers as ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and add your domain as a parked or addon domain in cPanel.
