[Answered] Question About Mysql Remote Access

Hello,

 

In signup page of heliohost I have seen this:

 

So I thought that with this webserver I could access MySQL remotely. (even with a free hosting account)

 

In the other hand, when I registered I received this information in one of the mails:

 

 

Now... it's possible to access or not remotely with a free hosting account? I think something here is wrong.

That is very strange. We do not have paid plans. Follow this wiki article to enable remote MySQL http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases#Connecting_Remotely
