Gold Dragon Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 a. Trvnr512b. Steivec. travatools.heliohost.org I understood that my site needs more resources than you can give. Please, don't delete my account, just remove my cron jobs and give me access to cPanel, I'll delete everthing after downloading some data.
Krydos Posted May 23, 2013 Posted May 23, 2013 I think the main problem is the time you run your cron jobs. Is there any reason that it has to be run at exactly midnight PST? That's obviously a really high load time anyways. I suspect you'd be fine if you just moved it to a non-peak time of the day. If there are 50 people all running crons at the exact same time, and yours is causing the most load, and the server performance starts to drop then the highest load account gets suspended, which is yours.
Gold Dragon Posted May 30, 2013 Author Posted May 30, 2013 Oh, thank you! What did I thinking about?I'll change run time to something unusual, like 20:xx:yy PST. P.S. But why do server timezone is PST and not UTC?
Krydos Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. I'm assuming the server is set to PST because that is the timezone that it is physically located in. I didn't set it up though so you'd have to ask the person who originally set it up to know for sure.
