plugforte Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I was surprised to enter the page: plugforte.com which is my main domain in helionet, and find propaganda, a car shop, initially believed that the dns had not spread, and that would be a propaganda Hostgator since had canceled my account there, but checking the DNS was already referring to HelioHost. I checked the folders in cpanel, and not in any cms default to erase or index.php or html. Also I can not log into cpanel via http://plugforte.com/cpanel I can only log in: http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ What do I do? or what they believe is the solution to this? Never saw anything like it,The DNS is actually indicating HelioHost, but still using the hosting Hostagator as propaganda. excuse my ignorance, I believe that in 24 hrs to fix the spread altogether.
Shinryuu Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Your domain now shows a bunch of PHP errors, so I'm guessing time was the answer here. Strange that hostgator content showed up even after your DNS records propagated though.
Krydos Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 Depending on the DNS cache length certain computers will show the old host while other computers show the new host. You can flush your cached DNS to hasten the process, but if your ISP has the old data cached too it won't make a difference.
