If you're asking how to use ssl/https on the site hosted on your account, then

SSL can only be enabled on accounts who have purchased a dedicated IP as can be seen in the instructions on this page http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup/218

 

Step 1 is to create your account, step 2 is to buy the dedicated IP, and step 3 is to post on these forums letting us know that you made the payment in step 2 and what username the payment belongs with. Once all 3 steps are completed then you can install SSL on your own account through cPanel.
