I'm guessing when you say 'WCF' you mean 'Windows Communication Foundation' not 'World Cat Federation', 'Whichever Comes First', 'Waste-Calcining Facility' or 'Wind Chill Factor' or any of the other suggestions in http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/WCF

If my guess is correct then the non-acronymed version of what you're asking should probably give you a clue. We don't use Windows servers. Our servers run on Linux. Perhaps this link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/944808/linux-mac-os-x-equivalents-for-windows-communication-foundation will answer your question? Or perhaps this one http://www.mono-project.com/WCF_Development
