lisanet Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 Help!!! My accounts are a mess! I got spammed, the filters on my account just don't work. This made my account go over the limit and now I can’t even delete the spam. Can you open it back up so I can fix things? This is urgent as it is keeping me from getting other email that is important. The domain is 2lisanet.comThen, to make things worse, I lost my domain, lisanet.co, so that account is no good anymore. I can’t get in it because of the domain. Please reserve my dedicated IP as I intend to get another domain soon.

We restrict outgoing mail only, you can receive a million mail daily if you're that popular without getting into trouble. The main domain on the hooper account is baskets.tk. Users are limited to 1 account each, we could probably transfer the dedicated IP to your current active account and you could use the addon domain option in cpanel to host the new domain you plan on getting.

Krydos Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 The account hooper is maxed out at 500/500 MB and admli is only at 38/500 MB. The account admli is flagged as inactive though since the last time you logged in was February 13th. When an account gets suspended for inactivity anyone can renew it using this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew I went ahead and did that for you since you seem to be having a rough time, but you can bookmark that or whatever for future reference if you want so you don't have to wait for someone to do it for you. If you loose the domain for an account you cannot access the cPanel by going to domain.com/cpanel anymore (since the domain no longer works), but you can always access an account regardless of whether the domain works or not using the login box at http://heliohost.org/ In your case just type in admli as the username and the password for that account and it should log you in just fine. Let us know if it doesn't and we can help you gain access to that account again. As far as the overquota account, hooper, I don't really know what to delete for you. I moved the 2lisanet.com.zip archive to /home/admli and that freed up about 3 MB is all so you're now at 497/500 MB. 68 MB of that is in your public_html folder, and 419 MB is in your mailboxes. You won't lose your dedicated IP address unless you delete your hosting account or leave it as inactive for about six months or so in which case it will delete automatically. So, you don't need to worry about that. Let me know if you are still unable to get logged in. If you want to tell me what to delete I could do that too, but unless you say for sure I'm afraid of deleting something important.

Those people sell your email address and never again leave you alone. They don't give you a dime. Anyway, all I need is the accounts and save folders contents from lisanet@2lisanet .com and then you can delete that email address and this nonsense will stop. Thanks for all the good information. I was afraid my other account was gone too.I guess because of the spam but my hooper account is still showing over quota. Can you believe they could send that much crap in just a few days? So I couldn't log in to delete the address myself and retrieve my folders.
Krydos Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 I got your account to 497/500 the other day so it was under quota, but I think you waited too long and it filled back up before you got a chance. Your account is now listed as 100 MB under quota so please try to get logged in and start deleting the rest before it fills up again. While we're talking about it, what url do you use to log into your mail? If you use something like http://baskets.tk:2095/ you should be able to log in no matter how much usage your account is at. You could also log in with a client using pop3 or imap. Let us know if you're still unable to get your mail account under control.

If you ever need to translate a junk food into a healthier version for that family of yours, I'm here for you too. (I am good at this. No sacrifice of flavor.) BUT I can't get into Hoarde. It says I'm not authorized. I remember you said something about installing it. Confusing, since I never had to do that before and then, what happens to the Hoarde that's already on there? Can I delete that to gain back space? Most importantly, how do I do this?
