[Solved] Error While Creatinn Ror Application Via Cpaneln

while trying to create an ruby on rails application via cPanel I'm getting the following error

 

Rails version 2.3.14 is installed. However, version 2.3.18 is required. Please contact your web hosting provider to have Rails updated.

 

 

Can anyone suggest how sall i proceed to fix this application,
