Your cPanel account doesn't work for FTP.Heliohost users are allowed to create as many FTP accounts as they wish, but by default each account comes with a special account that uses the same username as your cPanel account. Here are the instructions for finding the login information for that default account.It depends on what account you have and which server you are on. To find your particular login information follow these steps.Log into your account at http://heliohost.org/Under the "Files" header click the "FTP Accounts" icon.Scroll down to the header "Special FTP Accounts" and click "Configure FTP Client" to the right of your username.Use the username, domain, and port that is displayed in your FTP client. The password for this special account will be the same as your cPanel login that you used in step 1.I suspect the reason FTP isn't working for this guy is because he's using a weird web based FTP client.
