[Answered] I Used A New Domain, But Can't Access Now

Hello,

 

I follow below setp changed my domain:

 

1. I have a free domain http://aalife.heliohost.org , before I changed my domain, is work fine.

 

2. I register a new domain fxlweb.com in my country, and I set the domain nameserver to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org .

 

3. I use this link http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain changed my free domain aalife.heliohost.org to fxlweb.com

 

3. About wait 48 hour, now aalife.heliohost.org can't open, and fxlweb.com get error message:

 

Not Found

 

The requested URL /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi was not found on this server.

 

 

I don't know where is error, I don't know my step was correct.

Your account is not suspended. The reason your domain is not working is because you don't have your nameservers set correctly.

If you had done this step correctly you would be able to see it with this link http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=fxlweb.com&rec=NS You should use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org if you wish to host that domain on your account.
