Ice IT Support Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
kymercer Posted March 29, 2013 Author Posted March 29, 2013 Thanks. I was wondering why it was suspended. I do appreciate it. Is there any way to check and see what the offending page or script was/is? I'll remove it if I know which one it is......... (thinking that if you can tell that the load spike was coming from my site, you might know exactly where within the site ?????)
Krydos Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Is there any way to check and see what the offending page or script was/is?You might want to check out /home/kymercer/public_html/cgi-bin/vitals.cgi /home/kymercer/public_html/cgi-bin/search_bonds.cgi It looks like the problem was memory usage. On March 19th your account used 2666% more memory than March 18th, and 1538% more memory than March 17th, and 3225% more memory than on March 16th.
