Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf) I could not find http,.conf (and if present, haven't modified it)-------update: bcscentral.info now goes to suspendedpage.cgi The other problem - with the "queued" page showing up in Firefox - also persists. Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf) bcscentral.info now goes to suspendedpage.cgiThat's because cPanel doesn't let you add domains to your account that already belong to another account. The reason that the suspended page is shown is because the account that the domain in question belongs to is suspended for inactivity since the last time the owner logged in was October 7th 2012. If you are the owner of both accounts you can renew the inactive account using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew and then delete the old account using this tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Keep in mind that each user is allowed only one active account so if you are the owner of both accounts and you don't delete one or the other all of your accounts could be suspended for breaking the one account rule. Shinryuu Posted March 29, 2013 Share Posted March 29, 2013 The inactive account was registered from an IP in the same block as yours with an email similar to your current account's email, so I'm sure you're the same user. ".om" doesn't always work as well as ".com" Since the old account in question has never been logged into by the owner I went ahead an deleted it for you. However, now http:// bcscentral.info goes to Not Found The requested URL / was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
