Hi,

 

I am running Oxwall software for more than a year now on your Johnny server.

 

Today I have encountered several problems:

Although oxwall is installed and all of the files are in place I`m directed to oxwalls install page.

I tried to backup my information but instead i got this message:

 

Could not connect to database, please check the Username/Password of your database. If changed, please update the details in Softaculous installations using Edit Details.

 

This is strange since it all worked for months without any changes from my behalf

I can`t also login to phpMyAdmin.

I'm having the same problem as thomk. I have been unable to connect to the sql databases since yesterday morning on johnny. Any suggestions/

@seph: What is your username and domain?

 

Have you tried to reset the password?

 

1) log into cPanel and click "Change Password".

2) Select "Allow MySQL password change".

3) Change the password and click "Change your password now"

Thanks for your reports regarding MySQL on Johnny. It looks like MySQL didn't restart normally after the reboot yesterday. I have manually started MySQL and now it appears to be running and restarting on it's own now. Let us know if you have any other issues with Johnny MySQL.
