Have you tried to clear your cache?

If http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ doesn't work, and http://cpanel.wildagenda.heliohost.org/ does work it means your firewall, or ISP is blocking port 2082. If neither is working let us know and we can help you figure out why.
