Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf)I seem to receive the above error all the time when trying to add a new addon domain to my account. Any possible solutions? Krydos Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 That's because -- as the error implies -- the domain tra.web.id is already setup and owned by an account on Heliohost. Each domain can only be owned by one account, and anyone else who tries to add that domain to their account sees that error. This is a safety feature and it's a good thing because for instance if you owned the domain myshop.com and some criminal wanted to set up a phishing site to steal your customers information he would be blocked from adding myshop.com to his account because you already own and control it.
