I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Krydos Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 Traffic isn't necessarily the problem, although it could be part of the problem. Memory usage and CPU usage is what we monitor and what it means when we say "high server load." One (very poorly designed) site could get suspended for high load from one visitor while another would be fine with 10,000 unique visitors per date.
