I got conformation code everytime but when I tried to put into concerned box it did not work. Please help me to reset the password. My cpanel username is "welkinho". Thank you. Krydos Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 What URL are you trying to log in at? Have you tried logging in at http://heliohost.org/ ? Your domain isn't hosted with us so some login methods won't work for you. Your account was suspended for inactivity on February 3rd. To prevent your account from being flagged as inactive please remember to log in to your cPanel at least once every 30 days. While an account is suspended you cannot log in nor can you reset your password. I have manually unsuspended your account. Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in.
