[Solved] Ip: 216.218.192.170 Cannot Be Accessed From China

I recently register a account with the domain name e2zh.heliohost.org, which is running on the Shared IP Address 216.218.192.170 now. But, unfortunately, it cannot be accessed from China. So could you please change my host to another shared IP.
