[Solved] 216.218.192.170 Is Blocked In China?

I'm a user on stevie.

But the IP of stevie, 216.218.192.170, is blocked in China.

So could I have another IP that is NOT blocked in China to bind?

(Of course, johnny is not blocked, but it's unstable.)
