If you want to have a dedicated IP address on your account you need to send $12 USD to admin@heliohost.org paypal account. If you can find someone who will give us free IP addresses then we can give them to users for free, but since we get charged $12 per IP we have to pass the cost along to the person who wants it. We make no money from providing dedicated IP addresses. Quote
