[Solved] Failing To Register

Hello, I'm making a website for a friend of mine. When I try to register I always get an error message sying that an error was encountered.

The system has automatic protections in place to prevent people from creating a second account when they already have one. Is there any reason you can't host this new site on your account?

I'm just doing it for her

 

Can I host it on my account but with another name?

my account is reachable through torels.tk

Could I make hers reachable through catcompany.tk?
