ijat325 Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 Hi, on Monday 4th Feb around 11am, I changed my domain ijat.heliohost.org to ijat.tk but i still cannot access to the new domain. It is more than 24 hours and almost 48 hours I've wait. I've experience before changing domain name on another host but it is not taking this long. Or maybe I should use parked domain? Any way to fix this? Thanks. Krydos Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 If you have the domain already added as a parked or an addon domain when you try to use the main domain change tool it will fail because the domain is already set up. The solution is to first delete the domain you are trying to change to your main domain, and once all traces of it are gone from your cPanel then use the main domain change tool again.
