Krydos Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 You never said what your username or domain is but I'm guessing that if you are the owner of the account t0n1 then you might not need a password reset. Your account was suspended for inactivity because the last time you logged in was January 3rd. If you wish to reactivate your account simply type your username into the reactivation tool http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew To prevent your account from getting flagged as inactive remember to log in at http://heliohost.org/ at least once every 30 days. Shinryuu Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 You can check in cPanel after reactivating your account and using your old login credentials, password resets don't take effect until after you click the email link and follow the instructions in it.
