Then I received an email with my username and domain. This happend on jan. 7th 2013.I still can not login to my account. It says my account was not found in the database.When I open the queue-page for my account it says that it was not found or is already active.My domain is unreachable via the webbrowser too. What can i do?
Krydos Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 When an account is created you actually get two emails. It sounds like you got the first acknowledging that you signed up, but the second email shows the results of the account creation. If there was an error of some sort it will state the error, or if the account was successfully created it will let you know. There is no account with that username or domain in the system so I'm guessing there was an error during creation. If you can find the second email it might give us a clue why the creation failed, but either way you should try creating your account again. http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup
Shinryuu Posted January 15, 2013 Posted January 15, 2013 Make sure to check your spam/junk folders, sometimes services like Windows Live and Yahoo! will mark some emails from the same domain as spam but allow others without any real rhyme or reason.
