peraski Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 Hello, I have the following problem. I tried to reset my johnny's password, but it was impossible. The system send me an email with a code, but when i post the code into cpanel and press enter, the webpage it is just reload asking me for another code again. Krydos Posted December 27, 2012 Share Posted December 27, 2012 Your account was still partially suspended from the last suspension (probably from inactivity) and you aren't able to reset the password or login while an account is suspended. I have manually unsuspended your account. Try logging in now, and if it doesn't work try resetting your password again. Let us know if you're still having issues logging in.
