[Solved] Suspended: Digicore

I can't seem to login. As suggested, I tried to do so here. I also tried resetting my password, but I never receive the email. Did I do something wrong and what can I do?

 

I renewed my account using the script if that's important. I'm still getting an "Account Suspended" page.
