mojavejava Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 Yesterday I received an email saying my account was suspended due to inactivity so I clicked the link in the email to reactivate. Received a message saying reactivation was successful. However, checking my site some 12 hours later, it still says it's suspended. Email not working either. I tried to reactivate a second time and got the following message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." My username: javamojoServer: JohnnyDomain: inksplashstudio.com I hope this can be resolved asap.
