  1. I have (had?) an account (user: javamojo) on Johnny and when I try to log in, I get a message saying that my user name can't be found. When I go to my website, it says "Account Queued." Johnny was down for a long time so I was unable to sign in monthly as usual so I got out of the habit, but I don't recall getting an email that my account had been suspended after Johnny came back online.

  3. My account went inactive because I apparently didn't sign it and although I reactivated, it's still listed as suspended. Here are my account details: a. javamojo b. Johnny c. inksplashstudio.com
  4. Yesterday I received an email saying my account was suspended due to inactivity so I clicked the link in the email to reactivate. Received a message saying reactivation was successful. However, checking my site some 12 hours later, it still says it's suspended. Email not working either. I tried to reactivate a second time and got the following message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." My username: javamojo Server: Johnny Domain: inksplashstudio.com I hope this can be resolved asap.
