Hello,

I'm trying to login to the Johnny server to update my website, because I don't want my account to be suspended for inactivity. However, I am getting this message:

Network problem - You tried to access the address http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/login/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page. Make sure your internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working. Check that the setup of any internet security software is correct and does not interfere with ordinary web browsing. If you are behind a firewall on a Local Area Network and think this may be causing problems, talk to your systems administrator. Try pressing the F12 key on your keyboard and disabling proxy servers, unless you know that you are required to use a proxy to connect to the internet. Reload the page.

But from what I can see on the front page of the heliohost.org, there's a green check mark on the Johnny server, does that mean it's online and working? Why can't I log in?

The problem that I am having, (which is also quite frustrating) is that Johnny seems to be down everytime I try to update my site and log in to keep from being inactive...is there anyway around this so I can keep my account active because Johnny isn't letting me login. Or does my account have to keep getting suspended because I can't login due to Johnny being down?

Thanks for reading let me know what I can do!

Cheers,

Hello, I'm trying to login to the Johnny server

Did you read the latest news?

Heliohost is currently experiencing a DNS issue on our main domain http://heliohost.org/ and http://johnny.heliohost.org/ Attempting to access these domains by name will most likely result in a server not found error for most people. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it. All user DNS data seems to be intact, and our forums http://helionet.org/ are working fine. If your account is located on johnny you can reach your cPanel by using this link http://64.62.211.131:2082/ since the server is online and fully functional. We apologize for any inconvenience this unexpected downtime has caused you.

We also recommend following @heliohost on twitter for the easiest way to keep up to date on the latest news.
