I am getting this error after my account unsuspension please help

Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department.

 

 

Even all my database passwords are also changed my site is showing error

So, are you able to log in and you just can't change your password, or are you not able to log in either?

no Iam not able to log into my account as well as unable recover pass

Your account was suspended permanently due to large number of abuse suspensions so that's why you will no longer be able to log in or reset your password.
